Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Supravantis) and Supravantis. By creating an account or installing our Shopify app you accept them.
The service
Supravantis provides Vantis, an AI chief of staff for your brand, an ad studio, ad research tools and, on eligible plans, read-only store analytics from stores you connect. AI output can be wrong; review anything before you publish or act on it.
Plans and billing
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown on supravantis.com. You can cancel any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you subscribed through the Shopify App Store, billing and cancellation run through Shopify. Costs from third-party services you connect with your own keys (such as Kie.ai or Apify) are billed to you directly by those providers.
Your content and data
You own your brand material, uploads and outputs. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you.
Data processing commitments
When you connect a store, you are the controller of your customers' personal data and Supravantis acts as your processor. We will:
- process store data only to provide the service to you, and only as described in our Privacy Policy;
- store only store-level totals, not your customers' personal details;
- keep data confidential, encrypt it, and limit access to authorized personnel;
- use only the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, each bound to protect the data;
- notify you without undue delay of any security incident affecting your data;
- help you respond to your customers' privacy requests; and
- delete store data when you disconnect or uninstall, or when you close your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use Supravantis to break the law, infringe others' rights, make false or prohibited product claims, or attempt to access other accounts or our systems.
Liability
Supravantis is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
